Rihanna, Charli xcx, Jisoo, Ethel Cain, Ariana Grande, Charlize Theron, Greta Lee, Jennifer Lawrence, Lily Allen, Mia Goth, Mikey Madison, Rosalía, Sabrina Carpenter, Taylor Swift, Taylor Russell and Deva Cassel are all among the celebrities who have recently been spotted carrying the Dior Cigale handbag. Safe to say, it’s the bag of the moment – if not the entire year.

The new style made its debut back in February, during Jonathan Anderson’s SS26 show at Paris Fashion Week. It takes its name and shape from the famous La Cigale gown, as created by Christian Dior for the AW52/53 haute couture collection. It’s a dress that Anderson describes as: “my all-time favourite dress in the history of fashion”. No wonder he used it as the blueprint for the handbag.

Earlier this week, V of BTS was announced as Champion’s new global partner and the face of its True Champion campaign. In the images, the singer wears an oversized navy hoodie, paired with loose denim, meanwhile the wider campaign also features Romeo Beckham, SOFI TUKKER, Kyle Kuzma, Danna Paola and others.

While Represent is harnessing the sun to dye its clothes, Stone Island is using natural minerals. As modelled by photographer and Hugan Books founder, Simjae, the brand has revealed its new mineral dyed cotton gabardine, inspired by the uneven and chalky aesthetic of a sand storm and given a dusted, powdery look. MARC JACOBS STEALS THE SCENE

Marc Jacobs has launched a short film, The Swap, starring Rowan Blanchard, Jemima Kirke and Jeremy O Harris. The micro-drama takes place immediately after last season’s runway show, and follows Blanchard and Kirke as they accidentally swap bags – which are both versions of Jacobs’ ‘Scene bag’. Watch here.
