If you’re a frequenter of Marketplace, then you know that the hunt is the most exciting part of the process. Scrolling through pages might be tedious at first, but with time, your feed gets to know your taste, and scoring one-of-a-kind items begins to feel like another bullet point you should add to your resume. In the spirit of that chase, Facebook Marketplace, which turns 10 this year, is celebrating its birthday with a day of interactive workshops.

The event, “Still Available, the Facebook Marketplace Residency”, will take place on Saturday, July 25 in Los Angeles. While the space and workshops will highlight Marketplace’s most popular categories like cars, home decor, and fashion, the free, open-to-the-public gathering has a lot more to offer. Attendees can peruse catalogues to design their own zine, customise vintage tees at the embroidery station and enjoy exclusive treats from local vendors, like Ashu Matcha. In other words, it’s basically a dream Saturday activity.
